Badminton Racket Restringing in Wembley and Alperton

For Wembley and Alperton players, racket handover can be arranged during Alperton Community School sessions on Ealing Road, Wembley HA0 4PW. Agree the session and arrival time with David first. Choose from the listed £16–£19 string options, or ask about a booked 30-minute express restring for £26.

Arrange a handover around your Alperton session

Alperton Community School is the named handover venue for this option. The address is Ealing Road, Wembley HA0 4PW, a short walk from Alperton Station. Restringing handover is by arrangement during school badminton sessions, so a school address alone is not confirmation that David will be available when you arrive.

Send the date and session you expect to attend and wait for an agreed handover time. This makes the Alperton option useful when a racket needs attention around your normal playing routine. If the proposed session does not suit the work, ask about Friday handover at Brentside or an appointment in Perivale instead.

Match the string bed to your badminton

A restring is an opportunity to choose the feel you want rather than repeat a setup that no longer suits you. Tell David whether you mainly want durability, easier clears, a crisp impact or a different response around the net. Include the name and tension of the previous string if you know them.

The string table is the same published price list used by the main service. BG65 Ti is £16, AeroBite is £19, and the remaining listed options are £18. You can ask about Yonex and Victor string choices without committing to a model before the racket has been checked. Confirm the selected string and its availability when booking.

Before the strings are replaced

The frame is inspected before the old strings are cut. Shared grommets, high-load areas and signs of frame damage are checked so that the proposed tension can be considered against the condition of the racket. Let David know about cracks, a previous repair or any unusual noise you have noticed.

Restringing is carried out on a constant-pull machine for consistent tension across the string bed. The original service also offers grip replacement and frame safety advice; ask about any extra work separately rather than assuming it is included in the string price. If the frame cannot safely take the requested tension, that needs to be resolved before work begins.

Book the work and collection together

Use WhatsApp 07452 853545 to send your racket model, preferred string, target tension and Alperton session date. The advertised express option is 30 minutes for £26, but an express slot must be agreed. A planned school handover is not an automatic express reservation. Confirm the turnaround and collection location along with the price before bringing the racket.
