If you want Badminton Soldiers to delete personal data connected to your bookings, WhatsApp messages, Facebook, Instagram, or other club services, email us at david@badmintonsoldiers.club.

What To Send

Use the subject line Data deletion request. Include your name and the phone number, Facebook account, Instagram account, or email address you used with the club so we can find the correct records.

What Happens Next

We will delete or anonymise your personal data where possible. We may keep limited records where needed for legal, payment, safety, fraud prevention, or legitimate club administration reasons.
