Badminton Soldiers runs community badminton sessions in West London. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, WhatsApp booking tools, social media integrations, and club administration.

We may collect your name, phone number, booking details, attendance records, payment status, messages you send to us, and basic social media account information when you connect or interact with our Meta/Facebook/Instagram services.

We use this information to manage session bookings, confirm attendance, send club updates, respond to messages, process payment queries, maintain safety and attendance records, and publish or schedule club content where you have authorised that access.
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp
If you interact with us through Meta services, including Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, Meta may process information under its own terms and privacy policies. We only use permissions granted to our app for club administration, messaging, and authorised content publishing for Badminton Soldiers.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the club, such as hosting providers, booking automation tools, payment processors, and Meta platform services.
Retention
We keep booking, attendance, and message records only for as long as needed for club administration, payment reconciliation, safety, and legitimate operational purposes.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing david@badmintonsoldiers.club with the subject line Data deletion request.
Please include the phone number or social account you used with the club so we can identify your records. We will delete or anonymise your personal data unless we need to keep limited records for legal, safety, payment, or legitimate administrative reasons.
